MAKE A REFERRAL

As from 1st April 2025, we are able to accept referrals for both Children’s & Adults Therapy.

We are still accepting ISVA and ChISVA referrals.

Please check the resource library on our website for help, you can also contact your GP or call Rape Crisis helpline on 0808 500 22 22 which is open 24 hours.

You can make a referral using the links below or ​Referral Forms can be printed and posted to us. Alternatively, you can email help@sv2.org.uk and request one to be sent out to you alongside a return envelope.

Please state in the referral the client’s preference for face-to-face or remote support and their availability, this will help us to match the client with a suitable support worker.

If you are making a referral to SV2 please note; SV2’s funding is limited to those living within Derbyshire and those requesting Advocacy support after reporting to Derbyshire police. If you live outside of Derbyshire find your local support here.
