Ashgates’ Story

Ashgates have been our IT provider now for 8 years and if you don’t know them they are a great bunch.

During their working hours they provide a range of services to other businesses and organisations, but they also love a good fundraiser and select a charity every year to support.

A word of warning though – their fundraisers are not for the faint-hearted!

A group of dedicated employees went on an incredible expedition taking on the Three Peaks Challenge and only giving themselves 24 hours to complete it. They started their epic journey at Ben Nevis, moved on to Scafell Pike at the Lake District and finished the final part of the challenge at Snowden.

If you ask any of the brave folk who took on the hike, it wasn’t easy! But to spur them on they were given some tremendous donotations. Their goal was to raise £2000, which they nearly doubled as they ended up raising £3691!

We are so grateful to them for choosing us as their charity of the year and for all their efforts.
